The organization represents more than 100 years of collective knowledge, over 3,300 global members and the industry’s only recognized piano certification program. The mission of PTG is to promote the industry’s highest possible standards by providing members with every opportunity for professional development, recognizing and promoting technical competency through examinations, and advancing the interests of each member. PTG has an annual budget of $1.5 million, 6 full-time employees, and headquarters in Kansas City, Kansas.
The Executive Director provides leadership toward the achievement of the PTG’s philosophy, mission, strategy and annual goals and objectives and is responsible for the general, day-to-day administration of the affairs of the organization.

Chief Financial Officer
Center for Developmentally Disabled, Kansas City, Missouri
The Center for Developmentally Disabled was founded 52 years ago to serve individuals in the community by providing a variety of services through three different programs. With all these services, the organization can assist individuals with disabilities throughout their lifespan. The Rainbow Center school offers education for disabled children ages 3 to 21; the PALS University program develops and enhances independent living skills while offering a career path option; and the Doorways program provides residential services in a variety of settings. CDD offers group homes, apartments, and single-family dwelling options with 24-hour support. This program focuses on independence, medical oversight, and community engagement.
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is accountable for the organization's financial operations, including development of a strategic financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve all assets and report accurate financial results.

The Managing Director, Member Services develops and implements strategies to design and deliver services and benefits that serve all segments of ICMA’s membership. The Austin History Center Association (AHCA), an independent nonprofit, supports and amplifies the work of the Austin History Center, a vital part of the Austin Public Library system. AHCA doesn’t just preserve history—it brings it to life. With the support of an engaged and growing membership, AHCA leads bold fundraising efforts and develops dynamic, history-based programming to ensure Austin’s stories are discovered, shared, and remembered for generations to come.
The AHCA is seeking a visionary and dynamic Executive Director to lead and manage the overall policies, goals, and programs adopted by the AHCA Board of Directors in support of the Austin History Center. As the chief administrative and operational leader, the Executive Director will ensure the seamless alignment of AHCA’s mission with its day-to-day activities and strategic objectives.

Founded in 1941, the National Speleological Society (NSS) is the largest membership organization dedicated to caves & caving. Composed of over 8,000 members and 250+ local chapters—known as grottos—the NSS connects cavers so they can explore, study and conserve caves worldwide. The NSS is a strong organization financially with an annual budget of approximately $1 million. It organizes an annual weeklong convention that brings together cavers from all over the world, as well as regional events. The NSS owns 19 cave preserves and manages 4 preserves owned by others. The National Speleological Society has a strong commitment to the conservation of underground environments and to advancing science about caves and karst.
After more than eight decades of existence, the NSS board and members are excited to seek the organization’s first Executive Director. The Executive Director will oversee all operations of the organization and be responsible for managing and supporting the Division Heads in Communications, Education & Training, Conservation & Science, Facilities, Membership, Operations, and Accounting & Finance.
